    Step 1

    把鸡肉洗净川烫滴干。Blanch chicken in boiling water briefly.Dish out and put aside.

    Step 2

    把所有材料放入炖盅里，隔水炖2小时。Combine all ingredients in a double-boiler pot. Double-boil for 2 hours.

    Step 3

    调味后趁热享用。Adjust with salt to taste then serve the soup hot immediately.
